I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how we grow. After 10 years and over 600 episodes of talking about sobriety, I had a realization: things were starting to feel a little stale—even for me. I realized that while sobriety is the foundation of my life, it isn’t my entire life.
In Episode 613, I’m getting vulnerable about why I’m taking the entire month of March off to revamp, recharge, and rediscover the light. I’m leaning into my "multigrain" life—embracing the fact that I’m a complex mix of faith, opinions, passions, and a deep love for a good cup of tea.
