Twilight Tranquility: Magnesium-Raspberry Dream Potion


Calm or a magnesium powder

Organic Tart Cherry 

Raspberry Probiotic Soda (I used poppi) 

1 heaping TBSP Calm 

Fill the glass halfway with Tart Cherry Juice and stir till the magnesium has dissolved 

Fill the remainder of the glass with the soda
