Monday Motivation #4 Comparison

We all compare but when we compare and who we compare to has to be taken into consideration.

When we feel great it is ok to compare because it could be used to help. I compare myself to other podcasters to learn. Comparison can be constructive. It can help you to educated yourself on how to better yourself.

BUT when you compare, and you are in a bad place! That can be literally the kiss of death, it can bring on anxiety and depression. It is so dangerous! Don’t ever go on to social media when you aren’t feeling your best it is the first place that will take you down a terrible rabbit hole.

You need to take care of you and find out what tools work for you.

We are not all the same, we all have different beliefs and likes. Appreciate differences and accept them!

We are not robots! We have brains and everyone is a little different!

Embrace you!

Ep 359 Monday Motivation 2- Is about Acceptance, Comparison, Self-care and Judgement

Stop and smell the flowers

Monday Motivation 2 is about Acceptance, Comparison, Self-care and Judgement.

Going through life can be hard!

We need each other.

We need more of “we” and less of self.

I need friends, we all need friends and friends that LOVE us unconditionally. But the first friend we need is ourselves.

The friends we need are the ones that are cheering for us and loving us unconditionally.

Imagine your life is on stage and your friends are right next to encouraging you. Lending you a hand when you feel down. Being a vault for all your secrets in a loving way. And showing up no matter what without any judgement. These friends are out there you just need to take a leap of faith and find them.
